All guests must register upon arrival at the office or designated check-in location before occupying a site. You’ll be asked to provide:
Valid photo identification
Vehicle license plate number(s)
RV information (make, model, year, license)
Emergency contact information
Only registered guests and their approved visitors are permitted on the property.
The person who books the site is responsible for the conduct and compliance of all guests, family members, and visitors associated with their reservation.
Visitors must check in with management upon arrival, park in designated visitor areas, and depart by quiet hours.
Campsites are assigned by management; requests for specific sites will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.
Site occupancy may not be transferred or subleased to any other person.
All fees must be paid in full prior to or upon check-in unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Upon check-out, please:
Leave your site clean and free of trash or debris.
Place all bagged garbage in designated dumpsters.
Disconnect utilities properly and secure all caps and covers.
Return any borrowed or rented items to management before departure.
Failure to vacate the site by 11:00 AM without prior approval may result in additional fees or towing at the guest’s expense.
Management reserves the right to deny entry or refuse service to anyone not complying with park policies or showing unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for everyone, all guests and visitors must follow the guidelines below while staying at Olson’s Place LLC. Violation of any rule may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Campsite Use & Occupancy
Each site accommodates one RV and up to six (6) people from a single family or household.
Maximum two (2) vehicles per site. Extra vehicles must be parked in designated overflow areas; additional fees may apply.
Any RV older than 10 years must be approved prior to booking to maintain park standards.
No subleasing or sharing of campsites is permitted. Reservations are non-transferable.
Campsites are to be kept clutter-free and visually tidy. This includes outdoor gear, personal items, decorations, and trash.
Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Please keep your site clean and free of debris, including bottle caps, cans, food waste, and cigarette butts.
All trash must be bagged and placed in designated dumpsters immediately—do not leave trash outside or on porches.
Do not dump grey water or black water on the ground. Use the designated sewer hookups or dump stations.
No foraging for firewood on park property. Firewood is available for purchase—contact the host for details.
Dispose of ashes and charcoal properly in designated fire rings or bins.
Help us keep the park beautiful—leave your site cleaner than you found it!
Behavior & Safety
Quiet hours:
Winter: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Summer: From dusk until dawn
Please be considerate of your neighbors—avoid loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior at any time.
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior will be tolerated.
No illegal drugs, public intoxication, or firearms discharge.
No solicitation, vending, or commercial activity without written permission.
No walking or exploring in wooded or restricted areas—stay within designated park boundaries for your safety.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their children, visitors, or pets.
Management reserves the right to remove anyone creating a disturbance or violating park policies without refund.
Safety & Emergencies
Report any unsafe conditions, damages, or suspicious activity to management immediately.
In case of emergency, dial 911 first, then notify management as soon as possible.
Olson’s Place LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, or other natural disasters.
Keep fire extinguishers and emergency gear accessible in your RV at all times.

Olson’s Place LLC provides full hookups to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Please follow all rules regarding utilities to protect yourself, the park, and other guests.
Available Hookups
Water: Fresh, potable water is available at each site.
Sewer: Full sewer hookups are provided for proper disposal of grey and black water. Guests must not dump waste outside designated areas.
Electric: 50-amp electrical service is available at all full-hookup sites.
Optional services: Any additional utility services provided are considered part of the site amenities and must be used responsibly.
Rules for Use
Do not tamper with or alter any hookup connections, meters, or control panels.
Generators may only be used during power outages, or as explicitly allowed by management.
Overloading circuits, using extension cords improperly, or connecting multiple RVs to one hookup is strictly prohibited.
Ensure hoses, cables, and sewer lines are secure, properly connected, and free of leaks or kinks.
Always turn off water and electricity at the main connection when leaving your site for an extended period.
Safety & Maintenance
Olson’s Place LLC is not responsible for utility failures, interruptions, or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper connection.
Report any problems with hookups immediately to management. Do not attempt repairs yourself.
Only approved RVs may use full hookups. Management reserves the right to limit or disconnect utilities for unsafe, unapproved, or non-compliant units.
Environmental Responsibility
Proper use of water and sewer hookups helps protect the environment and the park’s natural resources.
No grease or hazardous chemicals may be disposed of in park water or sewer systems.

Olson’s Place LLC is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable outdoor experience. To prevent accidents, property damage, and environmental harm, all guests must follow these rules regarding fires and grills.
Campfires
Fires are only allowed in designated fire rings provided at each campsite.
Fires may not include trash, bottles, cans, or cigarette butts. Only firewood purchased from the park or pre-approved sources may be burned.
Foraging for firewood on park property is strictly prohibited. Firewood is available for purchase—contact the host for assistance.
Do not leave fires unattended. Ensure fires are fully extinguished before leaving your campsite or going to bed.
Use caution when lighting and tending fires; never use accelerants like gasoline or kerosene.
Management may extinguish any fire deemed unsafe or in violation of park rules.
Grills & Barbecue
Gas or charcoal grills are permitted only in designated grilling areas or on approved pads at your campsite.
Clean grills after use and dispose of ashes or charcoal only in fire rings or designated metal containers.
Do not place hot coals or ashes directly on the ground or in trash bins.
Ensure grills are supervised at all times while in use.
Prohibited Items & Activities
Fireworks, firecrackers, sparklers, or any incendiary devices are strictly prohibited.
Bonfires or open flames outside of designated fire rings are not allowed.
Guests may not burn chemicals, plastics, tires, or any other non-wood materials.
Safety & Responsibility
Guests are fully responsible for any injury, property damage, or fire caused by themselves, their visitors, or pets.
Always maintain a safe distance from RVs, tents, vehicles, and trees when using a fire ring or grill.
Fire extinguishers, water buckets, or hoses should be kept nearby whenever a fire is burning.
Olson’s Place LLC reserves the right to restrict or prohibit fires and grills during dry conditions, high winds, or other unsafe weather.
Violations of fire and grill rules may result in fines, eviction, or legal action without refund.
Environmental Responsibility
Proper fire and grill management helps protect the park’s natural resources and prevent forest fires.
Dispose of all ashes, coals, and waste in designated containers to maintain the safety and cleanliness of the park.

To maintain safety, aesthetics, and proper functioning of the park, all guests must follow these rules regarding vehicles and property use. Violations may result in fines, eviction, or legal action.
Vehicles
Each site is limited to one RV and up to two vehicles. Additional vehicles must be parked in designated overflow areas; fees may apply.
Visitors’ vehicles must check in with management and park in designated areas. Unauthorized parking may result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
No vehicle maintenance, repairs, washing, or fluid disposal is permitted on park property. This includes oil changes, tire work, or engine repair.
Golf carts, ATVs, dirt bikes, or other recreational vehicles are prohibited unless expressly approved by management.
Do not drive off designated roads or parking areas. Driving through grassy, wooded, or restricted areas is prohibited.
Guests must observe 5mph speed limit and drive carefully to ensure the safety of all park visitors.
Property & Site Use
Campsites may not be subleased, rented, or transferred to another party.
Tarps, sheds, fences, or permanent structures are prohibited without prior written approval.
Observe Private Property signs—do not trespass onto neighboring land or other guests’ sites.
Guests are responsible for any damage to park property, landscaping, signage, or shared facilities caused by themselves, their visitors, or their pets.
All structures, furniture, and personal belongings must fit within the assigned campsite and not obstruct roads, walkways, or neighboring sites.
Safety & Liability
Parking or operating vehicles in a negligent or unsafe manner may result in fines, towing, or eviction.
Guests are responsible for ensuring vehicles are properly parked and secured at all times.
Olson’s Place LLC is not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or personal property. Guests are encouraged to lock vehicles and secure valuables.
In case of emergency, guests should contact management immediately.
Environmental & Community Considerations
Avoid driving over vegetation or sensitive areas to prevent erosion and environmental damage.
Keep noise from vehicles minimal to respect fellow guests and quiet hours.

Olson’s Place LLC welcomes pets but requires all guests to follow these rules to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all visitors and to protect park property.
Leash & Supervision Requirements
Pets must be kept on a leash (no longer than 6 feet) at all times while outside of your RV.
Pets may not be tied to trees, posts, or left unattended outdoors at any time.
Guests are responsible for supervising their pets at all times to prevent injury, property damage, or disturbance to other guests.
Noise & Behavior
Pets must be reasonably quiet. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or threatening actions toward people, other pets, or wildlife are prohibited.
Any pet exhibiting aggressive or disruptive behavior must be removed from the park immediately at the owner’s expense.
Waste Management
Pet owners must clean up all pet waste immediately and dispose of it in designated trash containers.
Failure to clean up after pets may result in fines or additional cleaning fees.
Liability & Safety
Guests are fully responsible for any damage, injury, or nuisance caused by their pets, including bites, scratches, or disturbances to other guests.
Olson’s Place LLC is not liable for injury to pets, loss, theft, or illness while on park property.
Guests should ensure pets are up to date on vaccinations and in good health while visiting.
Visitor Pets
All visitors bringing pets must comply with the same rules and register their pets with management upon arrival.
Unauthorized or unregistered pets may be denied entry or removed from the property.
Environmental & Community Considerations
Pets should not disturb park wildlife or natural areas.
Keep pets on designated paths or open spaces to avoid environmental damage.
Pets should not be allowed to roam freely across campsites or other guests’ sites.

Olson’s Place LLC prioritizes safety and the well-being of all guests. By entering and using the park, all guests agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk
Guests acknowledge that camping, hiking, and recreational activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, accidents, theft, fire, flooding, falling trees, wildlife encounters, and natural disasters.
Guests voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Olson’s Place LLC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property.
Indemnification
Guests agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Olson’s Place LLC, its owners, agents, and employees from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or costs arising from:
Their own actions or negligence
The actions or negligence of their children, visitors, or pets
Violation of park rules or any local, state, or federal law
Financial Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused by themselves, their visitors, or their pets.
Guests are also responsible for legal fees, fines, or costs incurred due to violations of park rules or property damage.
Olson’s Place LLC reserves the right to bill guests for damages not resolved during their stay.
Management Rights & Enforcement
Management reserves the right to:
Inspect campsites for compliance with park rules
Evict guests immediately for rule violations, disruptive behavior, unsafe actions, or illegal activity without refund
Restrict or terminate access to facilities or amenities if necessary for safety
Non-compliance may result in fines, eviction, or legal action at the discretion of management.
Management may contact law enforcement or emergency services when required for safety or legal compliance.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must follow all park rules, posted signs, and directions from management.
Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws while on park property.
Any disputes, incidents, or accidents may be documented and reported to law enforcement or courts as appropriate.

Olson’s Place LLC requires all reservations and payments to be completed in accordance with the following rules to ensure a smooth and fair process for all guests:
Reservations
Book online through Firefly Reservations, in person, or by phone (cash or card accepted).
A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Specific campsite requests will be honored when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Guests must provide accurate contact info (email and phone).
RVs over 10 years old require prior approval; management may deny unsafe or poorly maintained RVs.
Payment
Full payment is required before or at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
Olson’s Place LLC may cancel reservations if payment is not received or approved.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must follow the park’s policy (provided at booking).
Refunds may be partial or unavailable for early departures, no-shows, or late cancellations.
Changes to dates, site, or guest count must be approved and may incur fees.
Guest Responsibility
The person making the reservation is responsible for all charges, including damages, extra guests, or rule violations.
Additional charges may apply for extra vehicles, guests, or services.
Unpaid balances may result in collection, legal action, or denial of future reservations.
Management Rights
Management may refuse service or cancel reservations for safety, rule violations, or other valid reasons.
All guests must comply with park rules and policies.
